My 200th Post

For my 200th post, I thought I would do a round table of updates.

Aaron has spent the past 6 months working full time and taking college classes so that he can complete his bachelor's degree. I am proud to say that so far he has gotten straight A's! This fall he will begin an accelerated program at John Brown and should graduate in the spring of 2013.

I took on a new role at work last month in Category Management. This is a big change for me because I have always been in Supply Chain/Replenishment. I love meeting with the customer and have wanted an opportunity to have more creativity in my work. This new role is the perfect fit!

Lila Grace had a milestone yesterday. It was her very first accident free day (in terms of potty training)! I know there will be plenty of accidents to come, but I am so proud of her accomplishment.

We stopped by the store after school so that she could pick out a little prize for being such a big girl. At first she selected a 30" dump truck. I hesitated, but put it in the cart and continued down the aisle. Every toy she saw could just not measure up to the dump truck until... she spotted a Dora doll that had a side ponytail and came with its very own hairbrush. Jackpot! Gone was the dump truck and in was Dora. She played with the doll all evening and had to bring her on the car ride to school this morning.
