Memorial Day 2013

This Memorial Day was extra special because we got to spend it with family that we hadn't seen in a year.  Laura braved the long drive from Atlanta with Taylor, Emma, Preston & Addison, and we're so glad that she did!  We got to see them several times throughout the week, but Memorial Day was extra special because we went to one of Nene & Poppy's local parks for a picnic, swimming, and running around on the playground.

The day was beautiful, but the water was still a bit cold.  Emma needed some extra snuggles from Uncle Aaron and Lila before she was ready to change back into her dry clothes.

Then back to the park for some more snacks and playtime.  I'm so glad these cousins had this time together. I hope that they are able to remember how much fun they had!
