January and February have been difficult for us to find a lot of family time since Aaron has been on a different shift. Fortunately, we have managed to find time for a few fun dinners with family and friends.
Sometimes you have to be creative when planning around Aaron's schedule. Ryan & Laura actually planned a dinner while Aaron was on duty. Lila and I came over to play a bit and then we ate when Aaron was able to take his dinner break.

It took us 4 weeks and a Wednesday night, but we finally celebrated Christmas with the Borens. Thank you for being so patient with us!
Brenner was so sweet giving Lila hugs and she would pat him on the head. I wish I could have gotten to my camera fast enough!
