The Big Girl Nap

It has been a challenge for Lila to nap every day at school lately.  She still naps at home on the weekends, but I think she is worried she will miss out on something fun if she naps at school.  We have had many conversations about how good naps make you feel and how much you can grow while you're asleep.  I got the below email from Lila's school director Miss Natalie about 35 minutes ago.

Natalie: Lila is SOOOO proud that she took a "big girl nap" today. She is walking around telling everybody. We have been praising her like crazy and she said, "My mommy will be so happy I took a big girl nap!"  :)  

It was so cute because as soon as boy Cameron (see Lila's not the only one who calls him that!) woke up from his nap she walked over to his cot, bent over with her hands on her knees and whispered "Are you awake?"  When he shook his head yes she whispered "I took a big girl nap today!" ahahaha sooooo sweet. Love her!
