Mother's Day 2010

In true fashion, Aaron and I did not celebrate Mother's Day like the rest of the world. He had to work all night Saturday, which meant he had to sleep all day Sunday. So we celebrated at 6:00 a.m. when he got home from work! He got me the sweetest ring from David Adams that had "Lila Grace" engraved on it. (The rings are stackable so IF we ever have another baby, we can add him/her to the set.) Then Aaron went bed and I got up for the day!

Lila and I spent our morning playing. She decided she wanted to wear her tennis shoes over her pajamas.

We also had plans for brunch with my mom. This year was special because it was our first Mother's Day brunch as 3 generations. This year we went to Crabby's. It was jam packed full of people which should tell you the food was very good!
(Someone was not in the mood to smile for the camera today!)
Since we were nearby, we headed over to my sister's house for a quick visit.
We got back home just in time for Aaron to wake up!
Peek-A-Boo!
Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful moms in our lives!

Thank you for making my Mother's Day so special. Lila was a perfect angel. I'm looking forward to many more Mother's Day celebrations together.
