11 Week Update

Lila, you have been so busy these past few weeks! You have already had your 2 month shots, which was not fun for you or momma.

Last weekend you had a big day at the lake celebrating Emma & Lucy's 1st birthdays Saturday. They had an adorable cherry themed party. I can't believe how quickly the girls have grown up. I just know I will be saying the same thing about you in no time! Sunday we went to a cookout with several of daddy's co-workers. I've never seen so many tough guys oo'ing over a baby! You were definitely the hit of the party.

You are thriving wonderfully at daycare. Each morning your teachers are happy to see you, and they have the best things to tell me when I pick you up at the end of the day. Yesterday when I picked you up you were sitting on Miss Liz's knee just talking and smiling and hamming it up! It warms my heart to see you so happy at daycare. (Just don't tell all your stories at school! Save some for mommy and daddy!)

We have another big weekend coming up. Saturday we will be celebrating Brenner's 1st birthday at the park. Then, we will be getting on the road to Mtn. Home where you will get to meet your great grandma and grandpops who will be in town from San Antonio, TX. I can't wait for you to meet them. Some of my fondest memories are of the summers I spent in San Antonio. I just know you will love them as much as I do!

• You now weigh 10.5 lbs! (25 %tile)
• You are sleeping 9-10 hrs straight at night
• Your eyes are finally starting to show some flecks of color - brown!
