Trip to NC

I have always wanted to go to NC. I actually looked at going to college out there for a brief moment in time. I finally got the opportunity to go when DeAnna invited me to join her on a kid-free adventure.

Some of the things I discovered:
*People are even friendlier in NC than they are here in AR.
*Cheerwine is, in fact, not an alcoholic beverage.
*The trees are much taller and the mosquitoes bite bigger in NC.
*Family is the same no matter what part of the country they live in!

Thanks Dee for inviting me to come along this trip! I enjoyed meeting the rest of your family. It explains a whole lot! (wink, wink)

And thank you to your family for being so warm and inviting. I definitely felt right at home!







One of my favorite days in our trip was just hanging out around town with DeAnna's sister Michelle and niece Olivia. We went and got pedicures, had lunch, and shopped downtown Eden.
