36 Week Update

Friday we had our 36 week check-up, which also began our weekly visits until Lila's arrival. So far, our Lila-bug is all cozy and doesn't seem to be ready to make her appearance just yet. We will see next week if we have any progress to report.

Saturday we went to the Red-White game with the Borens and a couple other friends. The afternoon started out a bit rainy, but the boys were prepared with their tents and we had plenty of food to keep us all happy. Lila and I almost did the splits once (the ramp was pretty slick going into the stadium), but Aunt Dee helped us to stay on our feet so we would not get in trouble with Aaron!
Sunday we went to church and then brunch with Aunt Laura, Uncle Ryan, Nene, Poppy, cousins Taylor, Emma, Britain and the Bosts; Mary, Jonathan and Miss Lucy! The guest pastor at church was a wonderful speaker. It was so nice to have Aaron come to church with me. He usually has to work on Sundays, so this was definitely a rare treat. After brunch we went home and took a nap! I am normally not able to take naps regardless of how tired I am. I actually slept for 2 whole hours! I think this might have been the second nap that I have been able to take since I have been pregnant. Let's hope I can sleep tonight!
